What if I change my mind?
We hope you will enjoy your Cocoon Mattress. The Cocoon Customer Service want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase, so much so that we developed the Unbeatable Return Policy, to match the trial offers of our closest national competitors, including when they are running short term promotions.
This is part of the benefit of buying from the Worlds largest Mattress company, so please reach out to our Customer Service if you have any questions or concerns we are here to help. Although we aim to be available whenever you have questions, sometimes we may need to wait until one of our specialists is available to get the answer you need, so we do ask you to bear with us, as we research your query.

The Customer Service will make arrangements for any return, using carefully selected partners to recycle the mattress, including the British Heart Foundation. We have worked to ensure that any return minimise the need to dispose of any Mattress. So we ask that you understand any collection will take a small amount of time to arrange, to ensure the collection is handled in a Cocoon way.
What if my product is damaged, faulty or not what I ordered?
Again let us know in writing immediately, In this instance email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and address details plus a brief description of the problem, photographs can help too. The Customer Service will quickly work with you to identify what has happened and to find a suitable solution
